Rules for Posting Advertisements

Attention! Only private individuals are permitted to post advertisements. All advertisements directly or indirectly related to business activities are classified as corporate advertisements. User - a private individual or legal entity that posts advertisements on www.kanclers.lv. By posting an advertisement on kanclers.lv, the user agrees to the terms of use of kanclers.lv.

1. When posting an advertisement:

1.1 Include an appropriate product description and matching photos in the advertisement text.

1.2 Include accurate user contact information (phone number, email) in the advertisement text.

1.3 State the actual price of the item in the advertisement text.

1.4 The number of advertisements is not limited, except in cases where several identical advertisements are repeated. Repeated submission of the same advertisement is not permitted.

1.5 Advertisements in the "Busy Hands Market" section will be published for 2 months from the date of posting; after 2 months, the advertisement will be deleted, and the user must re-post it if necessary.

1.6 By submitting an advertisement, you agree that your personal data will be stored in the www.kanclers.lv database.

2. Prohibited from posting:

2.1 Advertisements with photos that do not match the topic.

2.2 Advertisements containing illegal, immoral, offensive, or fraudulent information, text, or images.

2.3 When submitting an advertisement, it is prohibited to provide third-party data; provide only your own personal data.

3. Content rules: Advertisements are not accepted (and will be deleted) if:

3.1 The advertisement contains illegal, immoral, offensive, or fraudulent information, text, or images.

3.2 The advertisement contains a general or vague description of the offered item.

3.3 Photos attached to the advertisement indicate that the product is of poor quality.
