Warranty Terms

A warranty is security, and Kanclers.lv will provide it to you if you have familiarized yourself with our terms, your rights, and your obligations when cooperating with us.

  1. All goods purchased at Kanclers.lv have a warranty. The warranty period set by manufacturers varies for different goods and is specified in the product description.
  2. Manufacturer's warranty conditions are valid if you can present a document certifying the purchase—a receipt, delivery note, or voucher—and a warranty card, if one is included in the product's packaging.
  3. The manufacturer's warranty conditions are not valid if:
    • the assembly and installation instructions for the product were not followed,
    • the product has sustained damage caused by water, substances, liquids, or foreign objects getting on or inside the product,
    • the product has been used with non-standard accessories or spare parts,
    • the product has been repaired without authorization,
    • the product has mechanical damage or scratches resulting from careless use,
    • regular maintenance specified in the user manual has not been performed,
    • the product, intended for personal (household, family) needs, has been used for profit-making, production purposes, or other inappropriate goals,
    • the product serial number (if any) has been changed, erased, or is impossible to determine,
    • the product damage was caused by natural disasters (floods, storms, lightning strikes, earthquakes, fire),
  4. Warranty conditions do not apply to wearing parts, natural wear and tear, additional attachments, accessories, and power elements (batteries).
  5. The warranty covers damage caused by the quality of manufacturing materials or raw materials. If such problems are found during the warranty period, call a customer consultant (phone numbers for each product group are listed in the "Contacts" section).
  6. If the product requires repair, it must be delivered to our store at 7 Katoļu Street, Jelgava, along with the documents certifying payment. If a damaged part needs to be replaced, it will also be issued at 7 Katoļu Street, Jelgava.
  7. In case of returning goods, the delivery fee is not refunded; the goods are returned at the buyer's expense.
