The Right of Withdrawal and Return of Goods offered by Kanclers.lv.

You may exercise the right of withdrawal and return goods purchased on Kanclers.lv within 14 calendar days, as determined by Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law (PTAL) of the Republic of Latvia and Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 207 "Regulations on Distance Contracts."

We would be grateful if, upon receipt of the goods, you would verify that they fully correspond to those ordered – manufacturer, model, color, size, and other parameters. You have the right not to accept the goods at the time of delivery if they are damaged or if the packaging is damaged.

 If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, then:

• you may inspect the goods, but not use them;
• the original packaging of the goods must be preserved and undamaged (please open carefully with scissors), as determined by Article 12, Paragraph 6 of the PTAL: "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of the right of withdrawal."

When exercising the right of withdrawal, you must deliver the goods together with documents confirming payment and the warranty certificate to 7 Katoļu Street, Jelgava. Unfortunately, when withdrawing from the goods, the shipping costs for the completed delivery are not refunded, as determined by Article 12, Paragraph 4 of the PTAL: "Sending the withdrawal within the specified period terminates the contract and releases the consumer from any contractual obligations, except for costs associated with returning the goods or items to the manufacturer, seller, or service provider."

The store does not cover the shipping costs for returning the shipment; these must be covered by the Buyer!
