Lietošanas noteikumi

NOMAS INVENTĀRS UN DROŠA LIETOŠANA

1. Klienta pienākums ir godprātīgi lietot iznomāto inventāru visā iznomāšanas periodā, nepieļaujot
tā bojāšanu, nozaudēšanu vai nozagšanu. Ja nomas laikā ir pazaudēts, sabojāts vai nozagts
iznomātais inventārs vai kāda tā daļa, SIA Kanclers ir tiesīga prasīt no klienta pilnu samaksu par šo
vienību, par kādu tā tobrīd ir pieejama tirdzniecībā.
2. Persona, kas šo inventāru īrē, ir pilnībā atbildīga par to, ka tas tiek atgriezts atpakaļ SIA Kanclers
nomas punktā tādā pašā stāvoklī, kādā tas bija pirms attiecīgās tā lietošanas. Klienta penākums ir
pareizi saslēgt velelosipēdu, kad tie tiek atstāti bez uzraudzības, saslēdzot rāmi un aizmugurējo
ratu pie neizkustinamā, zemē iestiprināta priekšmeta vai velostatīva. Tas ir nepieciešams, lai
samazinātu velosipēdu nozagšanas vai sabojāšanas risku.
3. Pirms nomas inventāra nodošanas nomā klientam tiek novadīta instruktāža par drošu lietošanu,
braukšanu, manevrēšanu, apstādināšanu, pareizu pieslēgšanu, atstājot bez uzraudzības.

ATBILDĪBA UN TIESĪBAS

1. Klients ir atbildīgs par atbilstošām personīgajām apdrošināšanām, lai segtu riskus, kas var rasties inventāra nomas laikā.

SIA Kanclers neatbild par jebkādām prasībām par ķermeņa traumām vai kaitējumu, nelaimes gadījumiem, nodarīto kaitējumu trešās

personas īpašumam vai klienta personisko zaudējumu, kas radies inventāra nomas laikā.

2. SIA Kanclers neiznomā inventāru personām, kuras ir izmainītā apziņas stāvoklī alkohola vai narkotisko vielu dēļ.

3. Īpašos gadījumos SIA Kanclers ir tiesības neslēgt inventāra nomas līgumu bez papildu paskaidrojumiem.

4. Klientu personas dati, kuri tiek izmantoti nomas līgumos, tiek apstrādāti saskaņā ar Eiropas Savienības datu aizsardzības direktīvu 95/46/EC.

5. Jurisdikcijas vieta ir Jelgava, Latvija, un šo līgumu reglamentē Latvijas likumi.

• The child seat can be attached to the back of the bicycle on the frame (up to 22 kg).

• 100% prepayment is required for the period you plan to rent;

• All bikes come with a lock if it's needed.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO RENT A BIKE?

• Identity document (passport, ID card or driver's license);

• An active telephone number so that you can be contacted;

• At least 18 years of age.

IS A SECURITY DEPOSIT NECESSARY?

• No

WHAT ARE THE WORKING HOURS OF THE RENTAL POINT?

• On working days 9:00 - 20:00;
  

• Saturdays 9:00 - 19:00;
  

• Outside working hours by agreement and with at least  a 50% prepayment.
  

Terms of use

RENTAL INVENTORY AND SAFE USE

1. It is the customer's duty to use the rented inventory in good faith during the entire rental period, without allowing it to be damaged, lost or stolen.
If the leased inventory or any part of it is lost, damaged or stolen during the lease,
SIA Kanclers is entitled to demand full payment from the customer for this unit, for which it is available in trade at that time.
2. The person who rents this inventory is fully responsible for returning it to the SIA Kanclers rental point in the same condition as it was before its respective use.
It is the customer's responsibility to lock the bicycle properly when left unattended by locking the frame and rear wheel to a fixed object fixed to
the ground or a bicycle stand. It is necessary to reduce the risk of bikes being stolen or damaged.
3. Before handing over the rental inventory, the customer is instructed on safe use, driving, maneuvering, stopping, correct connection, leaving unattended.

LIABILITY AND RIGHTS

1. The customer is responsible for adequate personal insurance to cover risks that may arise during the rental of the equipment.
SIA Kanclers is not responsible for any claims for bodily injuries or damage, accidents, damage caused by third
parties personal property or personal loss of the customer that occurred during the rental of the inventory.

2. SIA Kanclers does not rent inventory to persons who are in an altered state of consciousness due to alcohol or narcotic substances.

3. In special cases, SIA Kanclers has the right not to conclude an inventory lease agreement without additional explanations.

4. Personal data of customers, which are used in rental agreements, are processed in accordance with the European Union data protection directive 95/46/EC.

5. The place of jurisdiction is Jelgava, Latvia, and this agreement is governed by the laws of Latvia.
